We are excited about the next few months! We will be performing at different locations! Please be sure to read your newsletters completely so that you do not miss out on any of the fun! Keep in mind that costume fees will be due November 1st. Gilda and I will start looking at costumes very soon but as soon as they are finalized we will definitely let you know. If anyone would like to order a Fancy Dancer t-shirt to wear in the parade or any other events that we will be participating in (other than Pine Forest) please fill out the form that is attached and send it back with your money! THANKS! 

CONGRATULATIONS!!!

WE WANT TO CONGRATULATE ABBY AND CATHERINE BOWDEN ON MAKING THE LA DANCE MAGIC NATIONAL COMPANY! WE ARE SO PROUD OF THESE TWO GIRLS! THEY WILL BE TRAVELING ALL OVER THIS YEAR WITH THE CONVENTION CIRCUIT AS ASSISTANTS TO DIFFERENT PROFESSIONAL DANCE TEACHERS! THEY WERE ONLY APPROXIMATELY 25 GIRLS CHOSEN OUT OF HUNDREDS! WAY TO GO GIRLS!!!!!

For anyone whose account is over 2 months past due, we will have to ask the parent/student to not participate in class until the account is up to date. Thank you for your attention to this matter! ALSO- when paying by check, please put your child’s name in the memo.

November 1st - Costume fees due:   3-6yrs: $65.00(tights included); 

7yrs: $130.00 (tights not included) ; 

Ballet & jazz (beg-advanced) : $70.00each ;

Tap (Beg-Adv) : $50.00each ; 

HH - TBA 

Oct 24th - Pineforest Block Party! 4-7yr olds!    3 yrs: orange, 4yrs: yellow, 5 yrs: red, 6/7: white tshirts.  TIME: please be there by 3:30

October 26th - 30th COSTUME DRESS UP WEEK! Wear your “spooky” or “ pretty” costume to class!

Dec. 5 - Parade and Jingle Bell Jam (HGTC) - Time TBA! * 3-7 year olds and will wear red-F.D. T- shirts

November 25th-27th  Thanksgiving Break

REMINDER

* Please keep in mind that we do not have enough room for all parents to come inside to pick up their child. We ask that you allow our assistants to help your child to your vehicle. This helps with the noise level and crowd in the waiting room! THANKS!

What a great start to the new year! We had an excellent first week back at dance and all of the girls seem so eager to learn! Gilda, Mario and I were so excited to get back into the swing of things! Below you will find a list of upcoming dates to put on your calendar. Keep in mind that we will send notes home about local performances to answer any detailed questions/concerns you may have closer to the performance date! Thank you again for your business and allowing us the opportunity to work with your child. *Clapboards are in from the recital! *

TUITION PAYMENTS 

Please don’t forget you will receive a newsletter and tuition statement at the end of each month. The newsletter will have lots of important information on upcoming events/holidays. Please be sure you read each newsletter and make notes on your calendars! Also, keep in mind that tuition is due on the first of each month. Any payments made after the 10th will receive a late fee of $10. 

WE NOW ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS!!! 

DRIVEWAY!!!! 

Parents: It is extremely important not to block the driveway. We ask that if your class is not yet out to keep circling around the block until it is. Do not park and try to come in. This only causes more of a back up in traffic when you are trying to back up and get back in line. Also, it helps tremendously if you will pull all the way up to the second door so that we can get two girls out at once. It will take a few weeks for us to get to know who goes with which vehicle/mom - but we will get it- we promise! We ask that all parents please allow us to get your child to and from the car. There simply is NOT enough room in the lobby to accommodate students waiting for class as well as parents picking up and dropping off. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER! !

* Shoe orders are arriving daily! You can ask Miss Latoya or Mrs. Jeannie when you drop off, to see if your daughter’s shoes have arrived!  

*September 7th - LABOR DAY- NO CLASSES 

* 2010  Recital - June 5th

* Costume fee due November 1st 

* Sept 26th:  Hip Hop and Tap - In-house Convention Ages 8 & up are welcome to   attend classes! See website for class schedule! Classes are $70 for 3 classes! Call now to register! 

* October 24th: Pineforest Block Party : 3,4,5 and 6/7 year old classes will perform! (All dancers will wear jeans and tennis shoes as well as the designated color t-shirt. It doesn’t necessarily have to be a solid color t-shirt! 3 yr olds: orange t-shirt, 4yr olds: yellow t-shirt, 5 yr olds: red t-shirt, 6/7 yr olds:  white t-shirt; this helps us keep them in the designated class line! )
